Residents are reminded to ensure that any items you want bringing up at future meetings must be made in writing or e mail at least 7 days prior to a meeting to allow enough time for each agenda item . This should ensure a 10 to 15 minute slot for discussion of the said item and also allow time for research and possible inclusion of any relevant third parties to the meetings.

AOB is to be used to try and inform residents of future events and projects and not taken up by items that are important enough to be on the main agenda.

The VPRA Blogs pages have moved to their own section within the Blog Pages, you can access all of the blog pages for the past two years.
